History of Computer Mouse
The first mouse invented by Douglas Engelbart of Stanford ResearchInstitute in 1963.
Mouse is one of several pointing devices (pointing device) which was developed for oN Line System (NLS) of Engelbard. In addition to the mouse,which was originally called a "bug", also developed a body motion detectiondevice, such device that is placed on the head for motion detection chin.

Because of the convenience and practicality, the mouse was selected.
Engelbart later patent on 17 November 1970, with the name of the XYposition indicator for a graphical display system (XY Position Indicator For ADisplay System).
At the time, Engelbart intended users actually use the mouse with one handon an ongoing basis, while others operate hand tools such as a keyboardwith five keys.
