Avoid Weight Eating at Night, Why?
Because at night time working power of gastric slow. So should you eat abalanced nutritious diet, but with less fat. For example, salmon is combinedwith vegetables and fruits. The number of food portions also do not overdo it.Because, when a glut in the evening, can cause digestive tract to work hard,and at once bloated stomach feel full.


Excessive protein intake at dinner can also interfere with the time going tosleep, because it can increase the production of hormones and dopamineneropinephrin. As a result, awareness will increase so that you had trouble sleeping. (Quoted from here)


Hehe but if the night I like to eat a heavy meal and a lot, whoa eating habitsas it turns out wrong and not good for health. And the term can not sleepbecause of hunger that's not entirely true, because the stomach feel full evenwhen it causes people not to sleep hehe.
