HTC to Launch Music Service Cloud Computing?
Reported by Digitimes, Wednesday (03/21/2012), the music service's cloud computing, HTC will reportedly provide cross-platform experience and mobiledevices for end user devices in the second half of this year. Actually, thisspeculation comes after several reports say that HTC and Beats are going to buy MOG.
While the acquisition has been widely circulated newspaper, a company based in Taiwan has been denied. HTC said it and the Beats are twoindependent companies and do not want to comment on whether it will acquire MOG Beats.
MOG itself is a streaming music service like Spotify and Rhapsody, which isto get customers, of course, must struggle to overcome the two rivals.
Currently there are an estimated tens of thousands of customers they haveMOG, compared with Rhapsody that have more than one million customers inthe United States, as well as the Spotify three million customers worldwide.
HTC is known today is active in the music business for cloud computingservices and implement a number of the acquisition agreement.source
