Participants who eat breakfast are also able to face the dilemma of 7 percentfaster than skipping breakfastboth mentally and physically.

In this studyparticipants were asked to perform a series of tests over two days, when the breakfast and no breakfast the other day.

In total61 percent showed improvement in language and arithmetic testsafter breakfastHand and eye coordination is also improved significantly,according to the study of the Cognitive Effects of Breakfastas reported byDailymailTuesday (13/03/2012).

Converselyparticipants who did not eat breakfast can not concentrate long enough to complete a series of testsMore than half a breakfast not to bemore stressedsluggish, unproductive and ill-tempered.
